Front Office Assistant required at Nest Seekers International, NYC.

We are looking for a Front Office assistant to be an integral part of our agent support team, core to our day-to-day operations. You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passion and self-motivation, design, creativity and problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and email correspondence
  • Maintaining a high standard of office organisation and presentation of our storefront.
  • Creating office memos & notices & marketing collateral
  • Managing office supplies
  • Real Estate agent Support and administration

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Social Media knowledge
  • Photo editing skills (desirable)
  • Video editing and creation (Desirable)
  • Experience Use of Adobe InDesign / Illustrator (desirable)
  • Experience working within real estate support and administration (desirable)
