We are currently seeking a Front Desk Assistant wanted for a growing and vibrant chiropractic office. Candidate will be the first point of contact for the office and provide impeccable customer service. must be energetic, hard-working, and resourceful.
The Front Desk Assistant is expected to offer the highest level of customer service to patients and provide support to doctors within the office. Record of tasks to do and completed, are to be kept so that in case of any absence, those tasks can be continued during that period without error by another.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive and maintain office flow
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls/ texts/ emails
- Take payment, manage patient accounts
- Ensure the office area is tidy and well-stocked
- Marketing
- Maintain and boost patient retention
- Protect patient rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information, per HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- High school degree, additional certification in Office Management a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment, medical office experience a plus
