Zen is one of the top rated Massage Therapy businesses in the Kansas City area. We are looking for an energetic person to join our Front Desk team at the Overland Park and Olathe locations to help us service our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day customer service tasks related to the Front Desk
- Interact with customers (in person, via phone, via social media) regarding the scheduling of appointments
- Take payment for services
- Coordinate the daily schedule of therapists and their clients
- Manage the in-house laundry process
Requirements

- Ability to work weekends
- Previous customer service experience (or Front Desk experience)
