Now before we go much further let’s cover a few basics. Previous medical office experience is REQUIRED and experience in a Physical Therapy practice is desired. If you don’t have at least TWO years of medical office experience, please do not apply. Johns Creek Physical Therapy is looking for a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator.

Now you may be wondering, “what does that entail?” Let’s take a look at some of the characteristics that will help you succeed!

• Strong interpersonal skills - to handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email and face to face) in an efficient but friendly and easy going manner.
• Attention to detail – This is a MUST! Record keeping, scheduling, billing, and accurate data entry are critical to the success of the office. Your ability to excel here is vital.
• Marketing ability - using various mediums such as online, social media, face to face, print, and health fairs.
• Collaborative spirit - we are a team environment that fosters a desire to continually learn and grow, all the while having fun with our clients and each other.
• Previous medical office experience. Yes, we mentioned this previously but this is REQUIRED! If you do not have previous experience, you are not likely going to be a fit for us.
• The ability to MULTI-TASK! As a small practice we are looking for someone who can do it all.
• Assertiveness - the ability to make things happen!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
