If this describes you, we have a place for you at the Four Points by Sheraton Richmond. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.
Your responsibilities would include:

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities.
• Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
