We are a small family Vacation Resort We cater to quiet couples and Families in our Cottages and Efficiencies. We are looking for Front Desk Clerks to keep our Historic mid century property fully occupied this 2023 Season in Beautiful Virginia Beach, We are looking for exceptional front Desk Agents to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping guest comfortable and acquainted with all the pleasure of our Resort City. Our property is preferred by couples and families who enjoy a small Historic Hotel and Vintage Cottages to spent a restful, restorative vacation in Beautiful Virginia Beach across the street from the Ocean and all the wonderful entertainment close by.

Responsibilities. Attend to the needs of Guest to our Cutty Sark, The Cutty Sark Revels in its Vintage History and Hoprfully will ever deliberately remain so.

Listed On The National Historic Register.

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms . Checks out, and Check in
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests with empathy and inform others when required
• Check and confirm all reservations from Online Booking Agents (OTA) thru the Cutty Sarks Property Management system (PMS)
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Skills

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritisation and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
