We are looking to fill a full time front desk position. A front desk agent serves as our guests first point of contact and manages all aspects of their stay. Ultimately, you will help to create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. So If you have a knack for exceptional customer service we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
