Job description

We are a busy hotel looking for someone great to help fill a vital front desk role on our weekday 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday.

Job duties include:

-Carry out front desk responsibilities including, but not limited to: greeting and checking in guests, performing guest transactions, processing reservations and credit cards.

-Provide quality service for guests including providing pertinent information about the area.

-Handle and resolve all guest complaints.

-Assist with hotel laundry, including washing, drying, and folding of sheets and towels.

-Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lobby, front desk area, fitness room, and pool area including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restocking of pool towels.

-Restock and clean coffee station as necessary.

-Demonstrate good communication skills.

-Work with other departments to ensure room status is up-to-date and room repairs are done on a timely basis.

Experience or training required:

-High school education.

-Previous desk experience preferred, but not necessary.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
