Job Responsibilities
The Foster Care Coordinator’s primary purpose is to provide support, guidance, coordination, and intervention to their assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program.Overview of Responsibilities:
- Manage the needs of the foster child and foster parent on their caseload, including case management, behavior management, guidance, support, education
- Ensure documentation for all foster children meets regulatory compliance, manage the entire health record, and ensure treatment plans and authorizations are all adhering to policy
- Provide effective crisis response as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or other related fields required.
- At least two years’ experience of relevant experience.
- Candidate MUST have ability to work remotely.
- A valid NC driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
