We are currently seeking a Fortinet/Fortigate Engineer for a Remote opportunity. . This is for a 12+ month opportunity (with potential for extension or Conversion).
***must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder no 3rd parties***
Location: Remote night position starting 9:00PM local time Sunday – through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing network security expertise including:
- activation and turn up of customer security equipment.
- failover testing
- monitoring network security devices
- troubleshooting
- investigation of events
- debug
- investigation of incidents
- escalation or mitigation of incidents and events
- network security analysis
- deployment of devices.
- Fortinet/Fortigate Security Experience Needed - Top skill
- One of the following Certifications: NSE4, NSE 5-Analyzer, NSE 5 - Manager, NSE 7
- Cisco Router/Routing Background
- IRF- integrated router firewall background
- Next Generation Firewall background
- Routing background.
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- at least 2-4+ years of experience in Networking or Cyber Security
- Fortinet/fortigate Certification
- Extensive firewall experience
