Forklift Operator, Full-Time Daytime Schedule, $18.75 per hour
Daytime position with competitive weekly pay and benefits. Eligible for quarterly bonus after first 90 days and additional bonus after the first year.
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
You'll be part of the Stribling Inc. team in Omaha, Nebraska providing warehouse services to our customers. We are a family-owned business that prides itself on serving the customer and cultivating a growing work environment for our associates.
Responsibilities:
- Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, and shipping orders. It also may include coordinating, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
- Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials. It may also include delivering and move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and into trucks.
- Data entry and computer skills are required. Use of an RF scanner gun is required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat including sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to spending a majority of the day in an ambient warehouse environment, lifting cartons up to 50 lbs., and operating forklifts.
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Forklift Certification
- Previous experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
- Previous experience with a third-party logistics company and/or packaging industry
