Foreman (Grading)
Location: South Area
Area: Front Range - Grading
Wage Range: $33 to $38 per hour
IHC Scott is seeking a grading foreman to help build our heavy civil projects in southern, central, and northern Denver.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in grading quality and production operations for large scale construction projects
- Leading a crew in an efficient manner achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort and expense.
- Use of computer technology and software including iPad, email, Microsoft office, Bluebin and daily tracking software.
- Scheduling, managing, and leading crews
Qualifications:
- Experience with road prep, scarify and recompact, base placement, and fine grading for C&G and Asphalt
- GPS knowledge
- Microsoft Office and Bluebin/Redtop knowledge
- Ability to push/pull/lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
