We are hiring a team member to drive our food trucks, work the cash register and prepare food. We have two - three main positions for our trucks. The cashier processes transactions while expediting orders and communicating with the line cook to maintain consistent ticket times. Most of our food is prepared ahead of time and kept in warmers. The line cook is responsible for assembling the nachos, putting the topping on, and frying fries and wings. When we are super busy we have a third person that will do all the toppings.

This role will also learn how to cook our chili and all other recipes. Some days you will not work on the truck but only in the kitchen.

Our team requires a tremendous amount of flexibility and versatility. While receiving orders and preparing food is one aspect of the job, on the truck, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of guests’ dining experience. The interaction you provide with the guest at the register, in the line expediting orders, or executing menu items to company standards, establishes the foundation of the experience we are trying to provide.

This is a very fast-paced environment and food needs to come out quickly and still follow our high standards of quality. There are times when you will be non-stop for an entire shift, it can be high pressure and you will be on your feet.
