FOOD TRUCK & MARKET ASSISTANT
Location: Denver, CO
Seasonal, April - October/November

We’re looking for part time market and event staff for this upcoming season that runs from April - November. This position entails working a combination of food truck events and farmers markets. Food truck events will average 20-25 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up farmers market shifts for additional hours.

This is a very customer service oriented role. We’re looking for candidates that have experience in food service (restaurant, hotel, catering, or food truck), retail, or customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Be the face of the brand and assist with all customer service from serving the ice cream and specials to ringing up transactions and cash handling
● Maintain product knowledge and answer any questions customers may have with excellent customer service
● Setup and breakdown of food truck events
● Setup and breakdown of farmers market display including tents, moving heavy equipment, tables, signage, etc
● Ensure everything is packed correctly before leaving for events in a timely manner, ensure everything gets put back in place upon return according to company standards
● Follow guidelines set forth by our farmers markets, events, and partners to ensure our success and return invitation for future seasons and events
● Other duties as assigned

Requirements
● Ability to stand on your feet for several hours outside
● Ability to lift minimum 50 pounds
● Reliable transportation to our kitchen and event sites around the Denver Metro area
● Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Clean driving record if you’d like to be one of our drivers
● This position is subject to background check and fingerprinting due to the nature of the role

● has a minimum of 1 year experience in related field: catering, events, farmers markets, restaurants, or food truck

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour
