Job description
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Chick-fil-A Food Truck focusing on day to day operations, managing costs, and establishing systems for a food truck (mobile restaurant) that is out in the community on a daily basis. As one of the top leaders, the buck stops with you.
Responsibilities
- Learn and work daily in the Food Truck
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the business
- Assist in developing and growing leaders in the business
- Help establish and achieve all sales goals
- Help establish and achieve all labor goals
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for business
- Ensure operational excellence in the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in restaurant management.
