Kokoro Restaurant is currently hiring for a full- or part-time Food Service Kitchen / Culinary Manager to help lead our hospitality team in the Arvada, CO area. This cook position with our restaurant earns a competitive wage of $21 - $24/hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full- or part-time head cook position with our restaurant hospitality team works between 9 AM - 10 PM. This gives you the opportunity to work your full hours in 4 days instead of 5!

As a Food Service Kitchen / Culinary Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the operations of our restaurant run smoothly. You manage a team of employees and coordinate the schedule to make sure our restaurant is always staffed appropriately. Working alongside the owner, you assist with controlling food costs and keeping our kitchen stocked with quality ingredients. You are in charge of interviewing and hiring new employees to join our hospitality team as well as terminating employees when necessary. Our restaurant is always in great shape with you as part of our kitchen management team, and you love being in a position that does such important work!
