Job description

Currently looking for employees that know proper sanitation methods in regard to food safety. This includes sanitation of all work areas, utensils used, and dishes also used. You must be able to follow Diablos recepies and instructions and be able to read measuring cups and items. You will be responsible of the item area within the cooler where pre-prep items are located and must keep everything clean and tidy. Must know how to label and date items and keep a constant check on what items we will be running short on. You must keep the cooler full with prep. You can't leave until everything is done and you must clean the kitchen area and the cooler when you are done.

Responsibilities include:

-Labeling and stock up items we might be getting low on

-Prepping different types of sauces and ingredients

-Keeping your station clean and clear of mess

-Washing your dishes that you've used for prep- NO EXCEPTIONS

-Understanding the safety measures put into place and operating with knowledge

For this position, you may be required to be standing on your feet for a duration of your shift and you must be able to carry and transport 20-50 lbs.

Any previous experience in Food Preparation is preferred, but not required. You will be paid while in the training portion, and we will train you on-site if you have no prior experience. You will be located within the back-of-house area.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
