Looking for a seasoned food prep person for a Monday - Friday morning shift.

We are a fast-casual, build your own poke bowl restaurant in Highland Heights, and are looking for someone to do food prep. Days would be Monday through Friday. We will provide you with a prep list, and your starting time will be 100% up to you, as long as you get the prep list done on time (by 11am Mon-Fri). The person leaving this position, typically got in early (as early as 5am sometimes, and was always done no later than 10am). You also could theoretically come in late nights on Sunday through Thursday, no earlier than 11pm. Ideally, your shift will be five- six hours. Most of the prep is easy (think scallions, cucumber, avocado, cilantro), with the most difficult cuts being salmon. Our salmon comes in fresh and already skinned, so you simply need to cut to size specs. The other duties would be making our sauces, also very easy, and panning everything and placing in walk-in cooler, for front of house to simply pull and serve.

We prefer that you have at least some previous experience in food prep, but will teach the right person who hasn't. Need reliable transportation, and a commitment to being at work when you are scheduled. You being there is required for the rest of the restaurant to work, so we need someone who is committed to the job.

This is a perfect position for someone looking for a little extra money with easy, flexible hours. Will offer a $250 signing bonus after 45 days. Looking to start ASAP.
