Mint 518 is currently seeking an experienced food expeditor-food presenter, to add to our team! We are looking for a person to work 2-6 nights a week, who is reliable and able to commit, with a pleasant personality.

You don’t need experience but you do need physical stamina to run food, mental strength to keep track of up to 10-20 orders at one time, and also dress business casual & be professional in appearance, while interfacing with the customers.

Responsibilities-

Expo is the key person communicating with the chef and the line. You need to read tickets, be organized, able to multi task, and run food to correct tables and seat numbers for customers.

• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
• Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
• Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
• Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
• Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
• Handle various impromptu requests from customers
