Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is in search of a Food Commercialization Project Manager for the city of Vernon CA.
Candidate will be responsible for Food Commercialization.
Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $85k - $95k

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in food science or equivalent experience and 4+ yrs in Commercialization or Project Management roles.
- Food manufacturing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.)
- Willing to Travel.
- Knowledge of Trace Gains or Genesis.
Duties:
- Leading projects to concept to commercialization.
- Contribute to cost analysis of projects.
- Manages, coordinates, and facilitates projects.
- Review, prepare and facilitate stage gate approvals.
- Characterize, resolve, or escalate commercialization issues.
- Coordinates the trials, first production runs and post reviews.
