We are seeking an experienced (full-time) Flex Agent Team Lead with high integrity and professionalism and the ability to manage agents who work in multiple Surefox locations. The Flex Agent Team Lead is tasked with numerous functions supporting multiple programs within Surefox. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of a Surefox Program Manager. The Flex Agent Team Lead is responsible for monitoring time sheets, facilitating shift coverage of physical security, and overwatching assigned clients throughout Surefox programs. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and pays close attention to detail, works independently on assignments, and can liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure clients’ security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. The individual selected must be flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgment. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, we require our Flex Agent Team Lead to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain authorization within as deemed by Surefox standards. What You Will Do:
- Maintain a Flex Security Agent command post at the Surefox San Francisco Headquarters building or our Surefox South Bay Facility
- Supervise, direct and coordinate any changes to Surefox posture at multiple client sites and disseminate any information received from the respective Program Manager
- Directly provide day to day supervision for up to 10 personnel
- Direct the on duty personnel to fulfill requests from various programs due to agent PTO, call-offs, no shows, or other program staffing needs
- Be a subject matter expert of multiple positions and their respective capabilities (Resilience Officer, Incident Commander, Mobile Residential Security Agent, Residential Security Agent) and autonomously direct those capabilities to client needs and requirements
- Audit Timesheets for respective areas:
- Accuracy check
- Discrepancies are addressed and corrected
- Review and approval of employees’ timesheets through the Company’s Time and Attendance Program
- Facilitate any and all deliveries of Surefox documentation, to include:
- Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Policy Violations
- Performance Assessments
- Positive recognitions
- Keep an accurate and up to date daily activity record
- Be an expert at and ensure agents are complying with standard operating procedures set by multiple programs and multiple clients you may be assisting
- Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements within the provided guidelines
- Utilize basic electronic communications devices, including cellular devices or radios
- Prepare reports on agent utilization across different programs
- Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Work independently and adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high level of attentiveness and energy
- Comply with Surefox policy and procedures
- Track and report on team member performance for quarterly reviews
- Must be eligible for employment within the United States
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
- Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate
- Must have a current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for such licensure
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- All applicants must be able to pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT),
- with or without reasonable accommodation, prior to the scheduled start date.
- Please be aware that passing the SPAT is a requirement for this position
- The SPAT is a timed sequence of multiple physical events requiring you to progress along a predetermined path from event to event in a continuous manner until complete
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification for all ages is required
- Possess a valid and current driver license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Fully vaccinated status related to COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by anticipated start date and ability to provide proof upon request.
