Sign On Bonus
Pay: $30.65 / hour
Shift Differential Pay: .30/hr. until 6 pm then after 6 pm .50/hr.
Sign On Bonus: $10000 (payable in three installments)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3rd shift: 7:00 pm – 4:00 am

The Fleet Technician primary purpose will require the individual to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, forklifts, tankers and trailers.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipment
Program and record assigned preventative maintenance tasks
Assist in education of the Route Sales Representatives’ pre and post-trip inspections
Receive and process invoices for payment
Act as vendor billing point of contact
Maintain parts inventory and budget
Maintain work area ensuring organization and cleanliness
Ensure safe work practices Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum three years hands-on experience
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds in all work conditions (indoor and outdoor)
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
The ability to obtain CDL B license (with airbrake endorsement) within 90 days of employment
Ability to obtain ASE T4 (airbrake) certification within specified period of time
The ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Cummins, Ford, or other engine manufacturer Diagnostic Tool proficiency Must possess personal tools
