Five Guys is looking for a full time Shift Supervisors

Looking for a high energy, enthusiastic, team building minded, Leader who is can showcase his or her management skills on a daily basis with a team of 15-30 employees. We are a dynamic hands on environment driven by productivity, Competition, fun, and some good old fashioned Rock and Roll! We are looking for someone with a competitive edge and sense of urgency to help lead our teams to day to day success.

Availability must be open! This is a mornings, nights, holidays, and weekend job!

You must have reliable transportation

You must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs

You must have an edge for competition

General computer skills

Willingness to learn

Willingness to teach coach and train

Willingness to have fun while at work
