We are a boutique EMS training studio located near the intersection of University and Hardin in McKinney and are expanding rapidly in McKinney, Allen, Plano, and Murphy! This brings huge opportunities for growth within the company. Our team is in search of an energetic, sales-minded, motivated, and charismatic individuals for open studio positions. Sales experience is preferred and having a passion for health and fitness is a must! You will be amazed how this technology improves your client's mobility, fitness and wellbeing. This position is the first step in one day owning your own franchise if you are up to the challenge!
What you’ll get as a member of our team:
Compensation: $14-19 per hour (based on experience) plus commission and bonuses

- Understanding our ClubReady Operating System and updating Member and Guest accounts
- Providing studio tours, educating visitors on our services, and onboarding new members.

- Weekday and Weekend Flexibility – (Off Sundays)
- Effective Computer Skills – Ability to learn new software systems
- Sales Experience is preferred
- Attentive & Energetic Personality
- Self-Starter Mentality – Goal driven and able to work autonomously
- Fitness Background is a Plus
