Twin Creeks Steakhouse (voted Best of Las Vegas 2020) is seeking polished/friendly Speciality Food Servers to enhance our guest's dining experience. The Twin Creeks Food Server is responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner, promoting current specials, taking food & beverage orders, retrieving and delivering orders, and always delivering excellent customer service to all guests and Team Members. Must have full knowledge of and ability to upsell the entire menu, wine list, and alcoholic beverages available in the restaurant. Also responsible for following through with food runner and kitchen, as well as guest, throughout the dining experience to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction. The position requires a minimum of one year of previous experience in a food server position, preferably in a fine dining establishment.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Have great guest service
  • Must be able to have a positive attitude and Smile
  • Must always have be welcoming guest
  • Must be able to greet and give a departing farewell to guest with a positive attitude
  • Must Present a professional attitude and appearance
  • Acknowledge guest opportunities and offer options
  • Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton VALUES.
  • Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
  • Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
  • Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
  • Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
  • Individuals must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue
  • The ability to work within a team environment

Required Work Cards

  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
  • Possession of/or ability to possess a Health Card
