The ideal candidate will be prepared to join an innovative and growing team in the financial services industry. This person will assist our partner firms with custodial platform support, check deposits, managing accounts, and trade error and correction resolutions.

The following skills and abilities are required to perform this job successfully:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience required.
3+ years experience working in the independent financial service space
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
FINRA Licensed 7, 66 or 63 (or willingness to attain) preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Assist in the timely execution and processing checks, support of platform, and trade resolutions.
- Provide "five star" support, including but not limited to general questions, managed accounts, trade error resolution and trade correction processing, and check deposits.
- Interact effectively as liaison between Financial Professionals, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure all department work is processed with accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
- Implement and train others on processes and procedures when needed
- Retain knowledge of several systems and processing guidelines
- Cross train as required to support back-office operations initiatives
- Other duties as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:

- Experience with trade settlement and correction

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft proficient
