This high-impact role will be responsible for supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This will include providing actionable analyses and reporting to a broad set of stakeholders. This role will also support Adaptive Insights, the enterprise FP&A toolkit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Effectively business partner with internal stakeholders to provide visibility and guidance via reporting and analytics
  • Utilize Adaptive Insights to identify new financial and operational trends; effectively communicate insights to the FP&A leadership team
  • Support budgeting and forecasting process, including P&L and cash flows
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards for our executive management team to allow them to make sound business decisions rooted in actionable analysis
  • Prepare monthly presentations to the Executive Leadership team, Board and other stakeholders providing insights into financial and operational performance
  • Lead and participate on strategic projects that continue to improve and create new value-added services internally and externally in regards the FP&A capability
  • Integral member of FP&A and Finance Operations team, works well in a team environment
  • Support broad initiatives to improve our business systems and enhance reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance
  • 3-5 years of progressive Finance experience
  • High level analytical capabilities with a record of successful financial modeling experience
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with senior management.
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams.
  • Self-starter, initiative and motivation to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
  • Proven record of successful individual and team process improvement actions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working extensively with Adaptive Insights (including administration and maintenance)
