Job Title: Financial Analyst I

Pay rate: $26.00W2 without benefits

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Acting as single point of contact between the Division program, external/internal partners and all assigned areas, providing guidance and customer support. Attend formal and informal meetings to ensure proper knowledge of assigned programs and adequate communication with stakeholders Prepare appropriate materials for those meetings.
• Researching and analyzing expenditure and revenue trends for the purpose of reporting fiscal position, preparing external and internal reports, and preparing forecasts. Work with Financial Services Administration to determine funding needs of programs.
• Initiating transactions including transfers, journal vouchers, expenditure corrections and other like documents. work with accounting team, share documents with stakeholders and complete ad hoc analysis and requests in a timely manner.
• Identifying, researching, reviewing, analyzing, and establishing possible impacts of proposed and pending federal and state legislation, policy changes, or funding modifications for assigned areas.
• Developing and maintaining fiscal summary information and resource information for assigned areas, including data such as case load statistics, historical funding patterns, and fund sources. Access to federal tax information.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Financial analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
