The Allied Wealth Team is looking for a strong, detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to ensure the client experience from application submission to account delivery and beyond is as smooth as possible. Minimum Requirements

  • An in-depth level of experience with the Schwab and TD Ameritrade RIA Platforms including account opening documents, transfer forms, and service forms
  • Previous experience in processing new business paperwork and back-end service paperwork in a financial advisor office
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign
  • Must have experience with Annuity applications, suitability requirements, and account transfers
  • Must understand Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified accounts
  • Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts
  • Insurance License Required

Responsibilities

Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our company culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing an excellent client experience, you will:

  • Complete and process all applications for business submitted by the Advisor team
  • Ensure the accuracy of information provided and that all forms needed are included when forwarded to the insurance/security agencies
  • Follow-up on pending applications with various insurance/security agencies and transfer companies/contra firms to keep the application process moving forward.
  • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner showing a strong desire to help the clients
  • Complete each service request and resolve client issues and follow up with the clients to verify the completion
  • Input notes into CRM and keep them updated
  • Answer Advisors’ requests and respond to their needs in a timely manner
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required by Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
