We're looking for a Financial and Inventory Coordinator to join our team to provide analytical support to our Lawton, MI manufacturing operation.

What You'll Do:

  • Input and / or validate inventory movements for raw materials, supplies, and ingredients to maintain Inventory control, accurate consumption, and lot integrity
  • Reconcile material consumption with production records
  • Reconcile and allocate processing and packaging labor
  • Provide inventory control for bulk tank management
  • Review production batches prior to closing
  • Analyze material and labor variances
  • Track and report rework production counts and labor
  • Check and help maintain QA formulas and specifications
  • Ensure accurate BOMs for Oracle batches
  • Maintain financial standards and production targets
  • Investigate and troubleshoot financial variances and inventory concerns
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Oracle and other key software tools
  • Assist with managing production supplies as needed
  • Verify transportation records
  • Assist in processing railcar and tanker receipts
  • Support month-end closing cycle
  • Other relevant tasks as necessary

What You'll Need:

  • A.S. Degree in Accounting or other related discipline
  • 2-years of experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented manufacturing support role
  • Must possess advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Word office tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle is beneficial
