Trinity Building and Designs, a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy a leader in the new home construction industry based in Cape Coral, is looking for an experienced Final Grade Operator to join our growing team. The candidate must be willing to relocate or travel to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.
Job description:
Proficient and experienced in residential final grading on scattered lots in Cape Coral, Lee, and Charlotte County for new construction. This would include operating the Skid Loader to perform final grades, lot scrapes, pad builds, stucco grades, culvert installs, and drive cuts.
Minimum Requirements:·
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in SW Florida residential grading - You will be expected to demonstrate your skid loader expertise on-site using one of our new air-conditioned machines in order to be considered for the position.
- Punctuality is a must – we start at 6:00 am on occasional Saturdays and no Sundays.
- Drivers License, clean driving record, and own transportation to shop.
- Ability to work 40 hours + overtime weekly in all types of weather.
- Experienced with a laser transit to establish grade.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and site plans.
- Responsible for supervising laborer.
Pay: $26- $30 based on experience
