Red Dog Sitting Services, a leading Alabama pet services company, locally established and owned, is branching out into poop scooping services for both residential and commercial properties throughout the metro-Birmingham area.

We need an exceptional person to join our team and help build this division from the ground up with primary initial responsibilities to include the following:

• Field work (poop scooping services) for established clients and others as they come online
• Soft marketing: distributing doorhangers to target neighborhoods and information packets to business offices (no hard selling, just hand offs)

(***Important note: Red Dog Sitting Services provides pet sitting and dog walking services to a large, established client base. If this work is suitable to you, there is an opportunity to supplement your work for Bye Bye Poop! with generous %-based compensation on pet sitting/dog walking assignments.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION: This position has part-time and full-time potential. Work would start part-time with hours varying from week to week. We anticipate a need of up to 10 hours weekly initially, building up over time based upon your availability and willingness to work. Starting compensation: $12.50 per hour base pay with 10% commission on completed field assignments and $12.50 per hour for door hanger distribution. Full details will be explain to any serious candidate.

BENEFITS: quarterly pay raise review and potentially, eligible for merit-based quarterly bonus upon completion of 3 months. Eligible for spot bonuses for excellent work or attitude.
