Division: Maintenance
Classification: Full Time - Hourly $17–$30 starting rate w/overtime available

A typical day in the life of a Summit Team Leader:

• You will lead a 2-3 person team responsible for maintaining a client’s outdoor property.
• As the team leader, you will be responsible for guiding and directing fellow team members through the projects for each day.
• You will also ensure each day’s projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintenance tasks you will oversee and complete include: mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, pruning, fertilization, and other related landscaping maintenance needs.
• Additional maintenance may include: the cleaning of beds, replanting of beds, collection of deadfall, and the gathering of leaves or other debris.

What you need to become a Summit Team Member:

• Every blade of grass has its place. An eye for detail goes a long way!
• An understanding that our Mission and Core Values directly influence everything we do.
• Must have previous landscape maintenance experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
