SUMMARY

Summary

This position is responsible for maximizing sales growth in the NJ, NY, and Long Island area through distribution and direct. We need a person who is a motivated, self-starter who excels at working remotely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advocate for the needs of the customer base
  • Lead and manage sales activities
  • Provide technical solutions, support, and assistance to the customer base
  • Provide customer feedback and needs to the organization to assist in the planning process
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners to strengthen our position in the marketplace
  • Maintain all aspects of the product sales cycle
  • Utilize the Value Sell philosophy.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent industry experience. MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years successful Motion Control (electrical and/or mechanical) Sales or Marketing Experience
  • Experience in OEM sales preferred
