Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a FIELD WELDER/IRONWORKER for a client in the Phoenix area.
FIELD WELDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a culture within the area of responsibility that promotes respect and team involvement.
- Operate equipment, forklift, truck, welding unit and other equipment.
- Maintain clear communication and a safe work environment.
- Perform accurate in-process and final inspections to maintain product quality.
- Maintain all tools and machinery.
- Responsible for safety of all assigned work.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
FIELD WORKER QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, climb and carry objects with ease.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in steel erection and welding.
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of all welding methods, procedures, and quality control.
- Working knowledge of all tools and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
