Field Concrete Tester (Heavy Civil/Highway Construction)

Gulisek Construction is seeking a Field Concrete Tester to join our growing team of construction professionals.

Primary Function:
Responsible for the testing and documenting test results for entrained air content, slump and compression strength on heavy / highway projects in southwestern Pennsylvania.
Typical Duties:
- Perform testing as required on construction project.
- Documenting and reporting results to Project Supervision.
- Care and Maintenance of testing equipment.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Must be both ACI and Penn DOT Certified;
- Must have solid communication skills and comply with all company safety requirements at all times;
- Weekend and nightshifts along with overtime hours may be required;
- Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
