Terminal Location: Willmar, MN

Primary Areas of Delivery: Alexandria, Garfield, Nelson, Osakis, Brandon, Evansville

At Rice International, we strive to be the best delivery drivers on the road with a customer-obsessed mindset. We value and promote employee development and give our drivers room to advance. Your responsibilities will include driving a FedEx delivery van to deliver and pick up packages from residential and commercial customers. Drivers utilize in-cab technology to navigate from stop to stop safely and efficiently.

Our drivers typically work four or five ten-hour shifts weekly in a box truck, or step van. Career and salary progression can be achieved with Trainer, Lead Driver, and Manager positions for drivers going above and beyond for their team.

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Saturday operation

Pay: $170-190 per day, Paid Weekly. Performance-based raises are conducted after 90 days.

Job Duties:

• Arrive at the FedEx terminal in Willmar by 7:30 am to pick up the vehicle and packages
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Deliver packages, using a hand truck, up to 150 lbs
• Use of GPS to navigate from stop to stop

What you will need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to move boxes up to 150 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have one year of verifiable driving experience (uber, pizza delivery, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
• Must pass a drug test and DOT Physical
• Hiring contingent on a background check and Motor Vehicle Report
