Service is expected to be anywhere from 8-12 hrs per day & up to 5-7 days per week. Pay can be up to $300+ per day. We pay all overtime and holidays. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A. Must be a U.S. Citizen
B. Must be at least 21 years of age or older
C. Must have valid BSIS guard and exposed carry permit (9mm or .40 cal) or LEO cert
D. Must be local to the Fresno area (and/or willing to commute)
E. Must be able to clear a background check (conducted by the gov't)
F. Must be available to start ASAP

The goal is to assign you at a fixed site but you can't get too comfortable. You may get reassigned and must have the capability to move around per project needs.

COMPENSATION:

Ranges from $26.02/hr - $31.83/hr depending on position and OT
Regular rate: $26.02 (21.22 base+4.80 H&W)
Overtime rate: $31.83 (21.22 base*1.5 OT)
Doubletime rate: $42.44 (21.22 base*2 DBT)

Shift premiums for Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) and/or Military available.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITION:

Must successfully pass a federal background check as a condition of employment. This will be conducted by the government.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide access control - check ID cards and ensure no unauthorized persons enter.
• Secure persons and property in accordance with post orders.
• Daily check ins via roll call report (via phone/text).
• Some travel may be needed if sites move around.
• Periodic foot patrols of property if specified.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality standard.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
• Be able to take instructions from company supervisor and client's management team.
• And other duties as may be required.
