Description: Fall River Health Services is seeking a board certified Family Medicine Physician (M.D. / D.O.) to join our primary care team. This is an amazingly unique opportunity including:

• Rural primary care clinic with occasional nursing home rounds
• Hospital call coverage no more than 1:7 with an average census of 2-4 patients
• No obstetrics or ED call required
• Ancillary services include: Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology (X-ray, 128-slice CT, DEXA, Ultrasound and mobile MRI)
• Telemedicine support for ER and Hospital; new Telemetry Monitoring System
• Diagnostic testing includes PFTs, Sleep Studies, EKG’s, etc.
• Respiratory, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy along with Cardiopulmonary Rehab

Requirements: An M.D. or D.O. degree completed by an accredited residency program and a current unencumbered medical license in the State South Dakota or eligibility to acquire s required. The Physician must have the ability to work closely with other providers, nurses and ancillary staff. A strong community spirit and support for stable health care in community setting is imperative.
