Community Partners is seeking Family Outreach Specialists to provide recovery focused community and home-based supportive counseling and therapeutic services, as well as linkage to and consultation with community resources, for Youth with serious mental illness.

These are community based positions with the opportunity to provide an array of therapeutic services including crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and medication support, as well as education and connection to community resources. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, be passionate about helping others, and enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collaborative learning environment.
