We are seeking an experienced Family or Adult trained Nurse Practitioners who can provide full scope primary care services.

We have openings in our Upper East Side Manhattan office as well as Flatbush and Bedford Brooklyn

Must Have Experience as an APP working 1-3 years+ of practice experience is required

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Family trained Nurse Practitioners who can provide full scope primary care services. We have openings in our Bedford, Bay Ridge Brooklyn and our Upper East Side medical offices. 1-3 years+ experience is required.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner education program registered by the New York State Education Department.
• Seeking both experienced – two years and above, and newly trained providers
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a New York State approved accrediting body – American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), or be eligible for board certification.
• Must possess current, unrestricted New York State license or be eligible for licensure
• Must possess active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration
• Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
• BLS or ACLS certification required but both strongly preferred
• Must possess strong communication skills both oral and written
• Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
