Bon Secours Cross Ridge Pediatrics & Internal Medicine

Bon Secours Cross Ridge Pediatrics & Internal Medicine is a dedicated team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Patient Service Representatives and Clinical Support staff who care about each patient we have the privilege of caring for. We each embrace the mission and values of the Bon Secours Mercy Health ministry.

We're located on the North West end of Richmond, off I-64 and I-295 near Short Pump, which is only 8 miles away.

Our team includes Internal Medicine and Pediatric providers, an Infectious Disease Specialist, and a Travel Clinic. We are a safe haven for care for those individuals who are victims of human trafficking, and we also provide a Refugee Resettlement Program in partnership with Henrico Health Department. Our providers also support Forensics.

Located on Staples Mill Road - Glen Allen - 8 miles from Short Pump/West End

We have a beloved member of our team retiring soon, so we're beginning the search to find a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill her shoes!

• This practice sees patients of all ages - from pediatrics through geriatrics - so a Family Nurse Practitioner is needed
• The team is seeking a minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a FNP in an outpatient ambulatory primary care practice - this is not an entry-level position.
• Candidate must have practiced in a primary care clinic practice setting.
• Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm - no late nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient care - no hospital requirement
• Call rotation is 1:5-6 - shared with other providers in practice
• 4 MD and 1 NP in practice
• 1:1 CMA support - as well as 5 PSR's and dynamic, warm practice manager
• We use EPIC EMR, as well as MyChart for telehealth and virtual visits
• Average 18-20 patients per day after ramp up period
• Minimal in-office procedures - women's health, some joint injections
• CrossRidge has a very diverse patient base, to include Human Trafficking victims, Forensics, Refugee Resettlement Program (in partnership with Henrico Health Department), Travel Clinic, and an Infectious Disease Specialist on the team.
• We are seeking a positive, upbeat, team player, who is comfortable with a very diverse, multi-cultural, and multi-lingual patient base. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and believes in the mission and ministry of the organization.
