All Island Fence & Railing is a fast-paced retail/wholesale fence and railing company seeking a dependable and organized individual to manage maintenance in our factory, field, and vehicle fleet. The company is a dynamic and growing organization that is committed to providing high-quality products and services to your customers, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for your employees. The Factory, Operations, and Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Manager is a hands-on position in your company, which will require on-the-spot repairs, and in-field and on-site work is part of the criteria. This person is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and safely. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a range of mechanical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Spanish is a must for this position!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and oversee the factory, field, and vehicle fleet maintenance operations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment, machinery, and vehicles
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and maintenance is performed in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage maintenance expenses and stay within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Perform electrical and plumbing work as needed
• Create and maintain records of maintenance and repairs
• Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed
• Communicate with other departments and management to ensure smooth operation of the business

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing
• Experience operating a forklift
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and organized with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
• Long-term commitment to help the company grow
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must!

We are willing to train the right candidate, but self-sufficiency is a must. This is a long-term position. Compensation will be based on abilities and includes a benefits package (401k, health insurance, dental insurance and vacation days).

Pay: $40,605.59 - $98,772.91 per year
