Our well established and growing Food Processing Client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced FACILITY MAINTENANCE REFRIGERATION LEAD for this IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE CAREER OPPORTUNITY!

Salary: $33.00 - $38.00/HR - POSSIBLY HIGHER DOE!!

Location: This position is located within Stanislaus County (Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Newman, Surrounding areas)

Hours: DAY SHIFT (however must be willing to work weekends or other shifts as needed during Season)

The Facility Maintenance Refrigeration Lead is required to take a hands-on, interactive approach in coordinating all facility refrigeration personnel and contractors to ensure the proper operation of Refrigeration systems, air compression units, fire pump water systems, nitrogen, SO2 systems and support equipment. This responsibility extends to 2 local plants. Must be able to work independently and work extended hours when needed.

Essential Duties:

• Must be able to direct the maintenance refrigeration personnel in their work
• Must have knowledge of support, ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment repairs
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and diagnose Ammonia and Freon refrigeration failures
• Ability to write S.O.P’s for support, Ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment for repair and PM’s
• Must be able to write and review lockout tag out procedures for support, ammonia and Freon Refrigeration equipment
• Ability to set up PM’s along with verifying the PM’s have been completed correctly
• Ability to set up, inventory and stock refrigeration parts
• Assist refrigeration mechanics in troubling shooting equipment
• Must have the ability to train maintenance refrigeration employees

Education/Experience:

• R.E.T.A Certification a huge plus
• Lift truck operations
• Previous experience in food industry or production
• Previous experience working in industrial plants
