Branch Manager Position -Attic Project Inc, a young fast-growing company based in CA and WA - in the insulation/pest control industry is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run our San Diego County Branch.

This person must have a minimum of 5yr experience in running a service company in our industry or a similar industry. We are looking for a self-motivated person that will be part of building this branch. This person will need to recruit and hire the right employees for the different positions including but not limited to Sales personnel, Operation manager, office manager, crew leaders, and technicians. The position will be very intensive in the first 6-9 months and will include long hours and require some after-hours availability by phone. As a branch manager, the qualified person will be wearing many hats and will be involved in many aspects of the business until the branch is more stable.

The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

Responsible for ensuring and improving the Company’s performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Seattle branch. Experience in running and managing our Sales team, the Operation Manager and the Office Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations

Oversees and reviews operation production and help facilitate problems.
Participate in all morning meetings
Oversee employee utilization rate
Make sure all collections is up to date.
Build a training program for technicians and managers
Verify that all jobs are being scheduled as efficiently as possible with the intention to capture as many jobs as possible.
Finance Verify and approve Subcontractor invoices
Find productive ways to reduce employee's overtime and double time.
Report to owners on a weekly and monthly basis
Find ways to save cost on labor and material
Manage P&L and annual budgets
Sales Responsible to increase company revenue
Manage sales personal
Review job profit and expenses on a daily basis
Make sure to maintain a specific job closing ratio
HR/Office Manager Increase Attic Project effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers and employees
Performs or assists with necessary Human Resource related issues
Mentor office managers to excel
Customer Service Maintain company 5-star reputation on all online platforms.
Constantly work on increasing the number of reviews on Google, Yelp, etc.
Safety Make sure that the company is in compliance with all paperwork, Safety, and IIPP standards and practices, badging, safety meetings, etc.
General Be a leader
Participate in the creation of company policy development.
Maintain and enforce company standard operating procedures and policies
Verify that the branch meets its long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning with the owners in all aspects of the business including sales, financial and operational.
Maintain accurate and organized records
General admin and special projects
Encourage growth and positive environment
Update owners with potential issues and provide them with a plan of action to resolve and improve.
Actively update any communications/actions associated to any job in the company CRM system
Performs other related duties as assigned by owners

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have at least 5 years of experience managing or owning a small to mid-size service companies.
Vast experience in management
