Job Description
- Purchase service of components used in the repair or preventative maintenance or equipment and facilities.
- Ensure company facilities, including buildings and grounds, are maintained to Company standards.
- Responsible for facilities maintenance.
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements.
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
- Confers with Maintenance Leader and Technicians to discuss work processes and problems, the best techniques for various maintenance and repair needs.
