Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting routine cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the building and policing of grounds.

• 4 Club locations: Brookfield, Mequon, Northshore, River Glen

Essential Duties:

• performs minor maintenance and replaces lights, and switch/outlet plates
• Uses a power lift to perform some tasks up to 40 ft for bulb change outs, repairs, or high cleaning
• Ability to use ladder and perform light maintenance on rooftop
• Must get along well with others and deal effectively with co-workers and be willing to tend to member's needs
• Checks the security of the building and grounds
• Locks/Unlocks doors and activates and deactivates the alarm system
• Waxes floors and operates buffing machines
• Performs regular carpet cleaning routines
• Washes high windows and furniture
• Pressure washing as needed on and around facility
• Painting and small drywall repairs
• Take daily readings of pool chemicals log accordingly and monitors pool chemical levels (on the job training available)
• Walk facilities and report any equipment malfunctions
• Light plumbing repairs
• Manage individual work orders
• Meet regularly with management to communicate any facility needs and schedule work

This does not limit the responsibilities that may be required from this position. Other support may be added to workload on an as-needed basis.
