MAINTENANCE / FACILITIES MANAGER:
Reports to the Director of Facilities on a daily basis to discuss scheduling, finances, and work orders.
Expected to maintain and repair exterior and interior of building and grounds. Knowledgeable in appliance repair. Handle renovations for program expansion. Obtain estimates. Do other special projects as determined by the Director of Facilities. 6-12 houses per week.
Experience with repair and maintenance of property required. Valid Driver’s license and car required. Must be physically able to do a variety of manual labor. Position available around the Northshore area of MA. Current locations include Lynnfield, Reading, Danvers, and Peabody.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
