Trusted Mission Processing (TMP) is a product line within Networked Information & Connectivity Solutions (NICS) and currently provides Mission Computers for airborne platforms and is evolving to become a Mission Systems Integrator. Our TMP Finance team has an exciting opportunity for a Program Controls analyst to join the team in support of the F16 Production portfolio. This is a high profile position and will be interacting with not only the Program team but also the TMP LT and NICS FP&A Leadership.

This position is an integral part of leading and partnering with the functional leadership teams, CAMs/IPTLs, and program office. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and provide actionable plans for success. This high exposure role requires a broad background of both program finance and Financial Planning and Analysis in order to operate self-sufficiently, solve complex, unique situations, and influence a broad spectrum of key program members and stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to accurate, timely financial analysis and forecasting, daily communication, interaction, and partnering with Program Management, CAMs/IPTLs to provide personal involvement in the effective planning and implementation of various projects. Additional responsibilities include financial planning (Monthly forecast, AOP, LRP), variance analysis, data validation and reporting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development,. This position is responsible for regularly identifying and assessing risks with the potential to impact cost and/or schedule and for providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of all assigned projects. This position will be an integral part of the team that will be responsible for the program start up for a new award for production modules.

Required Skills:

  • Typically requires 8 + years related finance experience

  • Experience in preparing EACs and LREs

  • Excellent communication skills & ability to communicate across all levels of the business

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence in a matrix organization

  • Attention to detail and accuracy/timeliness in reporting

  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop applied solutions and process improvements

  • Strong organizational skills in time management

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel , Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

  • Experience with FP&A activities to support programs (Forecasting/AOP/LRP) – establish information, tracking performance, reporting, and partnering with Program Team to ensure activities are occurring to meet or beat metrics

  • U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

  • Experience with and knowledge of APEX/PRISM EV

Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
