What You’ll Need:

• Three to five years in a management role within the multifamily sector specifically

student housing.

• Ability to lead, inspire, and train.
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and keen ability to think strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for diffusing challenging situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• A winning attitude and approach to slay the day.

• Auburn, AL 36832: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Property Management: 4 years (Required)
• Student Housing Management: 4 years (Preferred)
